Return policy
If
you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase from ROwater Systems e-commerce
store and wish to
make a return, you will need to Email:
service@Rowatersystems.com,
or call 781-224-4213 to acquire
a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Merchandise returned
without an RMA will be returned to the sender. We are happy to credit the
purchaser's credit card for items returned within 45 days of the customer's
receipt of the merchandise. However, returns based on anything other than
defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling
costs. It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs
on non defective items. All returns must be in original packaging and include
all items and manuals originally shipped. Restocking, repair or
replacement fees may apply at ROwater Systems discretion. Returns
must include a copy of the original invoice, with the RMA clearly visible on the
return packaging. Special orders, reverse osmosis membranes,
all opened filters and clearance items are NOT returnable. All orders that
received free shipping will be subject to a minimum $8.95
handling fee or the actual return shipping charge, whichever is greater. The
